Wild Wood Bristol Forest School is all about helping children learn more about the natural environment, while building confidence and establishing friendships.
Sessions consist of four parts:
-
Regular set activities to help the children establish familiarity with the woodland setting.
-
Varied adult led activities that support the children's development of fine and gross motor skills and personal creativity.
-
Free time to explore the natural woodland and follow the children's interests.
-
Cooking on the campfire. This is something that sets our Forest School apart. All sessions include making something over a communal campfire with the children often involved in the preparation.
